{"title":"家庭农场的牛奶生产:","authors":"Otávio Souza Lima, Márcio Dourado Rccha","doi":"10.37951/2447-8520.2021v7i1.p1-16","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"O presente artigo trata-se de um estudo sobre a cadeia produtiva de leite, tendo como principal objetivo o entendimento sobre a comercialização deste produto entre os pequenos e grandes produtores, entretanto tendo uma prioridade para o pequeno pecuarista leiteiro, uma vez que este trabalhador rural, no decorrer dos tempos, está enfrentando muitas dificuldades em detrimento do seu sistema produtivo por se caracterizar de baixo volume, além de que a qualidade do seu produto do tipo C não é valorizado no mercado de lácteos, pelo motivo de baixa escala de produtividade, além da ausência de enquadramento nos padrões de classificação que são cada vez mais rígidos. Faz um estudo sobre a evolução do mercado leiteiro brasileiro nas últimas décadas, desde a produção da matéria-prima até a comercialização do leite para o consumidor, por meio de implementação de tecnologias e novas técnicas agropecuárias inseridas nesta atividade e ainda aborda in loco da situação específica de produtores no município de Itaguaru-GO, confrontando entrevista entre participantes de três grupos distintos. Apresenta dados da coleta com comentários baseados no referencial teórico utilizado e faz considerações finais em que aponta possíveis soluções para o enfrentamento do problema abordado, com a missão de apresentar aos leitores como essa atividade está perdendo o valor nas pequenas propriedades rurais. \n                                                                                                                             \nABSTRACT \nThe present article is a study about the productive milk chain, it has like main objective the understanding about this product commercialization between the small and big producers, with a spotlight to the small milk producer, what year after year facing many difficulties to the detriment of its production system because it is characterized by low volume, besides the low quality of their product in the dairy market, for the reason that their low scale of productivity, as well as the lack of compliance with increasingly stringent.
