Solutions for Improving Scientific Research Capacity of Officials of Vietnam Academy for Ethnic Minorities

The great advances of science and technology have changed people's lives in all aspects. Many countries and organizations have spent a great deal of investment in scientific research (scientific research). Educational institutions, research institutes are the environments in which scientific research activities are the most exciting. For an educational institution in general and higher education in particular, scientific research is an extremely important task, along with training activities. These two activities have an organic relationship, complement each other and are the two key factors to assess the quality of an educational institution. The issue of improving scientific research capacity is mentioned by many people and finding their own solutions suitable to their organizations. In the end, they all think that improving scientific research capacity is very necessary in the context of a constantly developing society.
