摘要

提出了一种适用于地理分布式视频点播系统的SLB调度算法。首先,根据多媒体服务器的当前负载定义了三种状态,然后从狭义和广义的负载均衡两方面进行了分析,从而引入了能够提供分层负载均衡和容错的“状态均衡”迁移算法。实验结果表明,该算法的访问故障率和负载变化与REM算法的结果相同,但在系统处于正常状态时的故障恢复能力远优于REM算法,表明该算法不仅可以提供多媒体服务器内部的负载均衡和多媒体服务器之间的“状态均衡”,还可以提高多媒体服务系统的容错性。
