摘要

本文提出了求解经济与排放调度问题的二次规划方法,并给出了两个目标函数。现代电力系统的性质已经变得非常复杂,各种需求相互矛盾。大负荷需求和分布式发电降低了发电成本。此外,污染危害和固有损失也导致系统效率低下。求解技术给出了电约束下的最小总成本率(总热成本率加上总排放成本率)。在两个测试系统上对该算法进行了测试,并对不同方法进行了比较。
