Goal. The aim of the article is to try to explore the features of the program «double diploma» under modern conditions, as well as to determine the importance of web sites of higher education institutions as a marketing tool that promotes them, as well as a communication tool under conditions of pandemic. Method. To solve this scientific problem, the method of comparative analysis of sites based on the use of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics Academy, the method of abstract-logical generalization and the method of analogies were used. Results.
