摘要

利用遥感图像自动探测油罐和定位油库,对于军事和民用应用都具有重要意义。提出了一种基于视觉显著性和霍夫变换的油箱检测方法。为了从背景中分离油罐区域,提出了一种基于多尺度直方图对比的数学形态学视觉显著性模型。我们利用霍夫变换对油箱进行检测。利用支持向量机算法确定该圆是否为油箱。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地在大视场、高分辨率光学图像上检测油箱,并取得了较好的精度。
