摘要

本文提出了一种基于仿真的自顶向下的flash adc系统设计方法。根据开发的设计流程,通过借鉴电路设计经验,构建了一个晶体管级闪存adc尺寸的自动化设计工具。除了满足用户定义的规范外,还考虑了工艺变化和功耗等问题。开发的工具为用户在没有相关经验的情况下设计flash ADC提供了一种快速简便的方法。实验结果表明,在10分钟内即可获得满意的性能。

A systematic design automation approach for flash ADCs
This paper presents a simulation-based top-down systematic design procedure for flash ADCs.
