Firstly, this paper study the theoretically and proposes a forward and reverse logistics collaborative delivery model. Secondly, Design optimize the target is based on distribution distance, actual load and fuel consumption which are closely related to distribution cost. Moreover, use the mechanism of the symmetry rotation and the quantum gate rotation to improve the Ant Colony Algorithm. And to solve the forward logistics and reverse logistics collaborative distribution problem.
