In this paper, a multi-objective resource dispatching model that minimizing the number of storage locations required to response as well as the total response time considering resource priorities. A solution algorithm is also provided. 摘要

随着人们对海洋环境保护的日益重视,海洋溢油的预防和应急处置已成为人们关注的焦点。溢油资源调度是海上溢油应急响应系统的重要组成部分。合理选择储油地点和运输路线,对提供及时、可靠的溢油应急响应至关重要。在考虑资源优先级的情况下,提出了一种最小化响应所需存储位置数量和总响应时间的多目标资源调度模型。并给出了一种求解算法。最后,通过数值实验验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性。
