This research is a type of quantitative research, with the total population of all employees of the Yogyakarta City Land and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique in this study is a non-probability sampling technique where the technique used is saturated sampling (census). The number of samples in this study was 65 employees of the Yogyakarta City Land and Spatial Planning Office. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, descriptive test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. Data analysis is performed to identify the independent variable that affects the dependent variable. The results showed that (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 摘要

组织文化对绩效有长期影响,是决定或影响组织未来几年成败的主要因素。本研究的目的是描述(1)组织文化对员工工作满意度的影响。(2)薪酬对员工工作满意度的影响。(3)人际沟通对员工工作满意度的影响。(4)组织文化、薪酬、人际沟通对员工工作满意度的影响。本研究是一种定量研究,以日惹市土地和空间规划办公室所有雇员的总人口为研究对象。本研究的抽样技术是一种非概率抽样技术,其中使用的技术是饱和抽样(普查)。本研究的样本数量为日惹市土地和空间规划办公室的65名雇员。本研究的数据收集方法为问卷调查。本研究采用的数据分析方法为效度检验、信度检验、描述性检验、经典假设检验和多元线性回归。进行数据分析以确定影响因变量的自变量。结果表明:(1)组织文化对员工工作满意度有显著的正向影响。(2)薪酬对员工工作满意度有显著的正向影响。(3)人际沟通对员工工作满意度有正向显著的影响。(4)组织文化、薪酬和人际沟通同时影响员工的工作满意度。
