摘要

近年来,针对不同现场总线技术的系统集成,对通用应用服务接口规范(GDI、FDT、OPC-UA等)进行了标准化。但是,由于每种现场总线技术都有原始的设备描述,因此无法统一描述设备的设备能力概况。针对通用应用服务接口GDI,提出了一种与多技术相对应的设备能力分析方法。每个设备的设备功能概要文件之前都是根据模板用XML模式定义语言(XSD)描述的。结果表明,描述设备值的参数实例可以用XML文档描述,使用设备能力概要文件作为模式。研究表明,利用OASIS生产计划与调度(PPS)协议,可以在GDI上实现访问制造设备的制造应用服务接口。为了实现制造应用服务接口的标准化,我们建议将该方法加入ISO 20242标准。
