Teaching materials are learning tools that can help teachers in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to produce physics-based teaching materials based on Science, Technologi, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) to develop communication skills. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method with procedures consisting of, introduction, design, product development, and testing. The trial design uses one-Group pretest-posttest design. Instrument level of feasibility and readability of teaching materials using questionnaires and close test.
