We then compare Ms-form hierarchy (in which mutually more dependent divisions are grouped together) and Mw-form hierarchy (in which mutually less dependent divisions are grouped together). Somewhat surprisingly, an Mw-form is sometimes preferred over an Ms-form hierarchy.
