摘要

针对传统工业机器人教学方法的不可预测性和操作不便的问题,利用虚拟图形技术实现机器人在Android系统下的教学。通过OpenGL和java编程方法,设计了六自由度机械手的虚拟图形结构和工作场景。同时,采用粗糙检测与精细检测相结合的方法对碰撞进行检测,从而实现机器人在虚拟教学中的避障过程。搭建了机器人的软硬件平台,验证了便携式虚拟教学技术在Android系统下的可行性。
