摘要

五岁以下儿童腹泻及其破坏性后果一直是儿童生存战略项目的利益相关者关注的问题。母亲是预防儿童腹泻的关键,因为她们是照顾者。本文的主要目的是评估研究地区5岁以下腹泻病的趋势和危险因素。本研究采用描述性研究设计。采用滚雪球抽样方法为这些研究选择了60名受访者(其中包括来自一个研究区域的30名受访者),并联系了19名卫生专业人员进行研究。使用SPSS和Microsoft Excel对数据进行分析,并进行描述性描述。研究结果显示腹泻的原因有:食品污染和不良食品卫生习惯(96.7%)、缺乏个人卫生(93.3%)、卫生条件差(91.7%)和缺乏孕产妇保健(86.3%)。专家的调查结果表明;缺乏个人卫生习惯、不良食品卫生习惯、受污染食品和卫生条件差(每项分别占100%)是腹泻发病率和死亡率的一些共同决定因素。建议地区卫生行政部门启动健康促进和教育方案,提高母亲对食品卫生习惯的认识。关键词:腹泻发作;5岁以下儿童发病率和死亡率;
