قصة حاطب بن أبي بلتعة t مع أهل مکة - دراسة حديثية تحليلية د. عطا الله محمد العتيبي قسم التفسير والحديث، کلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية، جامعة الکويت. البريد الإلکتروني: Attano87@gmail.com الملخــــص في هذا البحث، اجتهد الباحث على بيان أهمية فرع من علوم الحديث، وهو الحديث التحليلي، وذلک من خلال تناول حديث من أحاديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهو حديث قصة حاطب بن أبي بلتعة رضي الله عنه في مراسلته لأهل مکة، وذلک من خلال مقدمة يذکر فيها موضوع البحث، ومشکلته، وحدوده، وأهدافه، ومنهجه، وخطته، وإجراءاته فيه، ثم يليه مبحث جمع فيه طرق الحديث وشواهده والحکم عليه، ثم تناول ألفاظ الحديث وبيان معانيها، ثم بعد ذلک مبحث فيه عرض للمسائل العقدية کحکم الموالاة والمتأول وغيرها، والفقهية والأصولية کحکم الجاسوس والنظر للمرأة الأجنبية، وما يستفاد من هذا الحديث من مسائل أخرى، واختتمها بأهم النتائج والتوصيات، التي تبين مکانة السنة النبوية وشمولها.   The Story of Hateb Ibn Abi Balta'h (May Allah be Pleased with him) with the People of Mecca An analytical Hadith Study   By: Atallah Mohammed Al-Otaibi Department of Interpretation and Hadith Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies University of Kuwait   Abstract         In this research، the researcher has diligently worked on this topic to show the importance of a branch of Hadith sciences; the analytical Hadith. The researcher has selected a certain Hadith by prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him); the Hadith of Hateb Ibn Abi Balta'h's (May Allah be pleased with him) story where he was dispatched to the people of Mecca. The research has applied the inductive and analytical approaches where the researcher extrapolates the chain of narrators of the Hadith and its evidence then he analyzes its word and issues. The research runs through an introduction that highlights the title of the research، its main issue، its objectives، the general approach، the working plan and the procedures. The introduction is followed by two chapters; the first one contains the chain of narrators، the evidence and the final judgment. Then the chapter examines the word of Hadith in order to display its meaning. As for the second chapter، it is dedicated to display doctrinal issues such as the provision of adherence، interpretation/ misinterpretation... etc. In addition، the chapter handles other issues related to jurisprudential fundamentalism such as the provision of working as a spy، looking at a foreign woman and the other benefits from this Hadith. Finally، the research concludes with the most important findings and recommendations which stress the great value، inclusion and universality of the prophetic Sunnah.
