The low noise amplifier is the key block of an RF receiver plays a critical role in determining the noise figure of a receiver. Low noise amplifier is a cascaded current reuse source degenerative cascode amplifier and a resistive feedback active inductor load amplifier. Active inductor load is proposed to achieve low power consumption and low noise figure.
