Using this proposed system we can promote Smart institutions with rich sustainability and better supervision over the grid. The costs on electricity consumption of educational Institutions have been rising enormously since the last decade. There have been no measures taken to monitor the individual energy demand throughout the day which plays a major role in the calculation of electricity bill. The HEI spend more on heating, air conditioning and lighting load than on any other expense. This paper proposes a simple solution that shall keep the rising electricity bills in limits. The energy costs can be reduced by proper management of electricity distribution among various sections in the campus. This paper briefly confers the different methods that have to be put into practice in order to control the Energy demand.
