摘要

本文介绍了一种先进的控制方法——内模控制(IMC)在废水pH中和过程中的试验结果。由于该过程具有较强的非线性,针对不同的工作范围采用不同的线性模型进行建模,使IMC控制器能够根据当前的工作范围使用适当的模型参数值。采用多模型标准IMC算法与采用与设计IMC控制器相同的模型参数值调谐的传统PID(比例-积分-导数)算法得到的结果进行了比较。仿真结果表明,采用所提出的多模型标准IMC算法是一种可行的方法,可以有效地控制这类具有高度非线性行为的过程,并获得良好的静态和动态性能。
