The study used the associative type of the quantitative research one group pretest-posttest design using the measurement technique towards the ability on understanding the mathematical concept and analysis t-test. The result showed that there was significant effect on online learning using zoom application on statistic course using 10 sample of undergraduate students towards the ability on understanding the mathematical concept.
