Furthermore it achieves best known material handling cost for 24 departments arranged in 30 locations. 摘要

设施布局问题是关于工厂内部各部门的安排,以达到预期的产品数量和质量。以往的研究工作大多是针对单一目标的设施布局问题,很少有研究考虑多目标的设施布局问题。提出了求解多目标设施布局问题的遗传算法模型。它将定量目标和定性目标结合为单一目标函数。该模型可解决单目标和多目标设施布局问题。对于单目标设施布局,结果表明,该算法能够获得最多24个设施数量的已知最优解。此外,它还为30个地点的24个部门实现了最知名的物料处理成本。结果表明,对于多目标设施布局,所提算法能够获得与各自单目标最优解最大偏差在0 ~ 15%之间的解。
