摘要

本文将模糊综合评价与Matlab相结合的方法应用于干部的评价中,首先根据属性划分为四类,在每一类中划分为四类,首先在各因素中实施单一评判,然后共同实施二次评价,最后给出Matlab模型的实现。该方法能较好地考虑多种因素的综合作用,能较好地解决多分类问题,对干部的分类和考核更公正合理,考核更科学有效。这种方法也可以用于评价与其他领域有关的干部。
