摘要

本文将模糊综合评价与Matlab相结合的方法应用于干部的评价中，首先根据属性划分为四类，在每一类中划分为四类，首先在各因素中实施单一评判，然后共同实施二次评价，最后给出Matlab模型的实现。该方法能较好地考虑多种因素的综合作用，能较好地解决多分类问题，对干部的分类和考核更公正合理，考核更科学有效。这种方法也可以用于评价与其他领域有关的干部。
