摘要

在滚装客船的短途运输中,船员在航行前需要很短的时间来固定车辆,有时车辆没有得到有效的固定。在有风的天气,车辆很容易滑倒和倾覆,导致船只倾覆。本文从“船舶、船员、大型车辆、自然环境、通航环境”五个方面进行分析,建立了载运大型车辆的短途滚装客船安全指标体系;采用C-OWA算子加权法计算各评价指标的权重,引入不对称紧密度函数代替传统可拓理论中的最大隶属度函数,解决最大隶属度失效问题,从而建立改进的物元可拓模型。以琼州海峡滚装客船为例进行验证,得到了大型车辆不安全情况下滚装客船的航行安全风险等级。研究结果与实际情况基本一致,验证了改进的物元可拓模型对该类航行安全影响研究的有效性和实用性。
