摘要

针对贝叶斯估计方法建立的可靠性模型存在不稳定性和精度低等问题,特别是在小样本和不完整失效数据的情况下,提出了一种基于改进后验分布的可靠性建模方法。首先对贝叶斯估计方法的后验分布进行了深入的分析和讨论,然后指出了贝叶斯估计方法的缺点。其次,为了改进可靠性模型,将似然函数划分为三个层次,然后建立改进后验分布函数;第三,将该方法与传统建模方法进行了比较。结果表明,该方法具有较好的稳定性和准确性。
