They were equally divided into an experimental group and a control group. This study adopted quasi-experimental design using a pre-post tests. The experimental group was taught by the use of Smartphones' applications while the control group received regular teaching . The results indicated that the students who were taught using smartphones’ applications showed an enhancement in their speaking skills. On the contrary of the control group.
