摘要

可再生能源(RES)产生的电力通过电力电子电路(PEC)直接馈送到电网。并网太阳能光伏发电系统需要高质量的电网监测技术,以检测相角、电压幅值和频率,并在实现电能质量和安全方面满足标准规范。并网太阳能光伏系统的相位角、幅值和频率检测采用了多种技术。本文综述了单相并网太阳能光伏系统中重要的电压监测技术,提出了理想和非理想并网条件下单相并网太阳能光伏系统的自适应陷波锁相环电路的设计。其中,锁相环电路的环滤波器(LF)为比例积分导数(PID)型,采用Matlab/Simulink平台实现了所提出的锁相环电路,并在理想和非理想网格条件下得到了仿真结果。
