摘要

由于缺乏液体耦合介质,传统的超声波壁厚测量系统难以对天然气管道进行在线检测。针对其特殊的工作条件,研制了一种基于固体耦合剂的新型超声壁厚测量系统。实验结果表明,该系统与压电超声测厚仪具有相同的测量精度,实现了天然气管道测厚的目的。

A New Type of Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurement System Applied in Natural-gas Pipeline
