Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuasi Eksperimental. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini diantaranya menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji banding dan uji regresi. Hasil belajar mahasiswa kelas eksperimen adalah 91 lebih baik dibanding hasil belajar mahasiswa kelas kontrol yaitu 87. Uji regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif penerapan self coaching model GROW ME terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa sebesar 82,2%. \nThis study conducted an analysis of the effect of self-coaching on the GROW ME model on the student learning outcomesin Trigonometry material. This research approach was Quasi Experimental research. Data analysis in this study included using the normality test, homogeneity test, comparative test and regression test. The results of the student's learning outcomesin the experimental class were 91 better than the student's learning outcomes of the control class students, namely 87.
