城市的发展和进步离不开人才。众所周知,从2017年开始,武汉市陆续出台了大学生购房八折、毕业证八折等一系列政策,衡量和量化这些相关政策在未来几年的影响尤为重要。在此基础上,选取武汉市1990 - 2016年的城镇就业、GDP总量、房地产投资总额和毕业生等变量。然后建立了向量自回归(VAR)模型;此外,利用脉冲响应函数和方差分解分析了其他三个变量对就业的影响。结果表明,武汉的总产出和高校毕业生人数对就业是正的,毕业生人数从长期来看是变化的,这可以解释18.19%的就业变化。
