Data analysis was conducted through descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings revealed that non-formal education contributed severally to the development of life skills and personal development among male and female, employed and unemployed adults who participated in training programmes. The analysis of variance revealed no significant difference among the three groups regarding the contribution of non-formal education to their development of skills. 摘要
