The optimization model is established by minimizing the makespan and minimizing the cost of production scheduling; Secondly, genetic algorithm is improved by adding a cloud model generator. 摘要

针对多品种、小批量的生产调度问题,设计了考虑设备故障的生产调度优化模型,使生产调度更符合实际加工。首先,假设设备故障率服从威布尔分布。设备维护成本、人工成本和零件加工成本的总和就是生产调度成本。以最大完工时间和最大生产调度成本为目标,建立了优化模型;其次,通过增加云模型生成器对遗传算法进行改进;然后设计了利用改进遗传算法求解考虑机器故障的作业车间调度问题的过程;最后,选取实例,对所设计的模型和算法进行验证,计算结果表明本文所提出的模型和算法具有一定的实用价值。
