We discuss how 5G networks facilitate real-time data collection and analysis from various sensors and IoT devices, empowering farmers to make informed decisions on irrigation, fertilization, and pest control, thereby increasing crop yields and reducing environmental impacts. Moreover, we examine the implementation challenges of WSN and 5G networks in precision agriculture applications and offer recommendations to optimize the development and adoption of 5G-enabled agricultural solutions.
