This research used questionnaires to collect data, which were distributed to 96 employees among private companies in Jakarta. This research found out that respect and openness, cooperation and flexibility have positive effects on whistleblowing behavior. 摘要

本研究的目的是获得关于尊重与开放、合作与灵活、公平对待、信任监管机构等组织特征对检举行为识别欺诈的影响的实证证据。本研究采用问卷调查的方式收集数据,对雅加达私营企业的96名员工进行了问卷调查。本研究发现,尊重与开放、合作与灵活对检举行为有正向影响。同时,对监管机构的信任和公平对待对检举行为没有影响。
