Typical structure and common operation of combination and expansion of DCV was illustrated by models and examples. Novel and necessary conception of dynamic element, dynamic operator and quasi-matrix operator was introduced with typical structural examples. Several prototypes of DCV for transformer, circuit-breaker, isolator, transmission line and cable were given. Finally, DCV assessment application in overall process was demonstrated. Overall process barrier was analyzed.
