On the issue of strategies of behavior of employees of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation in conflict situations

В настоящее время исследование и коррекция стратегий поведения сoтpудникoв уголовно-исполнительной системы выступают в качестве одной из узловых проблем, требующих своего решения как на уровне научно-методического обеспечения, так и на уровне внедрения практических знаний в работу пенитенциарных психологов с сотрудниками практических органов. высокий уровень социальной напряженности и конфликтный характер межличностного взаимодействия между персоналом и лицами, содержащимися в местах лишения свободы, фрустрируют личность и дезорганизуют деятельность сотрудников СИЗО. Изучение и учет особенностей стратегий поведения в конфликтных ситуациях следует рассматривать как одно из важнейших направлений психологического сопровождения сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы. Currently, the study and correction of behavior strategies of employees of the penitentiary system are among crucial problems to be solved both at the level of scientific and methodological support and at the level of introducing practical knowledge into the work of penitentiary psychologists with employees of practical bodies. A high level of social tension and a conflicting nature of interpersonal interaction between staff and persons held in places of deprivation of liberty frustrate the personality and disorganize activities of the prison staff. The study and consideration of characteristics of behavior strategies in conflict situations should be considered as one of critical directions of psychological support for employees of the penal system.
