摘要:人是由自我(欲望)和灵魂(精神)两大要素构成的社会生物,自我(欲望)与物质密切相关,灵魂(精神)与心理/精神意义密切相关。为了衡量作为消费者的满意度水平,采取了三种方法,即效用法,推导曲线法和属性法。本文将通过比较物质满意度和非物质满意度,使用总效用方法来讨论消费者满意度。使用的方法是描述性定性的,有数据来源(图书馆研究),即文献综述,来自几篇相关文献,包括文章或经典书籍(译本)。关键词:公用事业,消费者行为,伊斯兰价值观
