The HCI should be taken into account when applying collaborative and e-learning tools to education. From the HCI theory and the Service Quality in eLearning studies three categories are identified in this article: the usability, accessibility and security. The main results indicated that a user experience dimension considers the key one as determined by universities and schools students and staff.
