We have relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in the theoretical side; where the study sample consisted of 60 workers in Nesma Holding Company, 60 questionnaires were distributed to the workers of the company, and they were completely retrieved. The role of incentives on improving performance of human resources in Nesma holding company in Saudi Arabia
