ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA NASI GEGOK DIDESA SRABAH KECAMATAN BENDUNGAN KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK TAHUN 2020 / 2021

ABSTRAK Pertambahan penduduk Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat. Hal ini membawa konsekwensi masalah ketenagakerjaan yaitu pengangguran, sehingga perlu adanya perluasan lapangan kerja. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dengan usaha dbidang industri. Sejumlah industri telah menunjukan hubungan yang erat dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Desa Srabah Kecamatan Bendungan mempunyai potensi yang besar dalam industri Nasi Gegok. Dengan adanya industri ini diharapkan mampu menyerap tenaga kerja baik yang berasal dari desa itu sendiri maupun dari desa lain. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah :Bagaimana kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari  aspek produksi ? Bagaimana kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek hukum Bagaimana kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran?Bagaimana kelayakan nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek lingkungan hidup?Bagaimana kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek teknik dan teknologi?Bagaimana kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek keuangan ?Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dikemukakan dapat disampaikan bahwa tujuan  penelitian adalah: Mengetahui kelayakan usaha nasi gegok  ditinjau dari aspek produksi.  Mengetahui kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek hukum. Mengetahui kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran.. Mengetahui kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek lingkungan hidup. Mengetahui kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek teknik dan teknologi. Mengetahui Kelayakan usaha nasi gegok ditinjau dari aspek keuangan Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  Kata Kunci : Kelayakan Usaha, nasi gegok , Aspek – Aspek Kelayakan Usaha                                                                 ABSTRACT The population of Indonesia continues to increase from year to year.
