摘要

配电系统是炼油厂的重要基础设施之一,在施工前需要进行广泛的研究和规划。本文以德黑兰炼油厂煤油水力脱硫(KHDS)/汽油水力脱硫(GHDS)装置配电可靠性为研究对象,探讨了这类研究的重要性,并对设计系统进行了评价。为此,笔者结合现有配置对不同的配电配置进行了选择和评价,以期找到满足电力系统建设成本最小、负荷损失成本最小、电力系统可靠性最大的最适合的配电配置。
