In this paper, power distribution reliability of Tehran Refinery's Kerosene Hydro Desulfurization (KHDS)/Gasoil Hydro Desulfurization (GHDS) units has been taken into consideration to investigate the importance of these kinds of studies and evaluate the designed system.
