SOLUSI INOVATIF DENGAN PENDEKATAN DESIGN THINKING UNTUK MENGGALI POTENSI EKONOMI DESA (STUDI KASUS BUMDES ARTHA KARA MAS)

Abstract This research is a follow-up to the collaboration between STMIK Primakara and Keramas Village regarding innovative solutions to explore the economic potential of the village in Keramas Village, Keramas Village is located in Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. Keramas Village is a village that has a lot of potential ranging from tourism, agriculture, economy, and arts and culture. However, the existing potential has not been maximized by BUMDes Artha Kara Mas which is a BUMDes in Keramas Village. The method used in this research is Design Thinking which is a framework for generating innovative solutions according to the problems at hand. The Design Thinking method consists of several stages starting from empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. These stages are used in this study in order to produce the expected solution. The solution offered is in the form of a work plan recommendation for BUMDes Artha Kara Mas which is in line with the purpose of this research, namely to produce innovative solutions to explore the economic potential of Keramas Village. The results of this stage are expected to be a material consideration for BUMDes Artha Kara Mas to develop village potential.
