In this paper, we propose a dynamic permission probability control for packet reservation multiple access in cognitive radio based machine type communication networks. Using the proposed permission probability control, a machine could take into account the interference of primary users to dynamically adjust the permission probability such that more data can be sent while radio interference is alleviated.
