The emergence of inadequate PAUD institutions or accreditation that has not yet reached PAUD institution accreditation standards is a problem in this study. The purpose of the study was to examine the management analysis of the establishment of PAUD institutions with a Total Quality Management (TQM) approach at TK IT Mutiara Plus Banguntapan, Bantul. This research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used the Milles and Huberman model. The results of this study found that the Management of PAUD Institution in TK IT Mutiara Plus Banguntapan, Bantul was well organized. After being analyzed by TQM there are no principles or references that are not applied. 摘要
时代的进步是教育机构面临的最大挑战,特别是幼儿教育机构必须全面努力成为优质机构。出现不足的PAUD机构或尚未达到PAUD机构认证标准的认证是本研究中的一个问题。本研究的目的是研究在班图尔的TK IT Mutiara Plus Banguntapan采用全面质量管理(TQM)方法建立PAUD机构的管理分析。本研究方法采用定性研究和案例研究相结合的方法。通过观察、访谈和文件收集数据的技术。分析使用了米勒和休伯曼模型。本研究结果发现,班图尔TK IT Mutiara Plus Banguntapan的PAUD机构管理组织良好。经过TQM的分析,没有任何原则或参考不适用。从最初建立到现在,班图尔机构的TK IT Mutiara + Banguntapan质量的进步证明了这一点。
