We found that HRM system influenced organizational learning while organizational learning influenced knowledge sharing and firm performance positively, and knowledge sharing also had a direct influence on firm performance. As anticipated, the intervening effect of organizational learning and knowledge sharing between HRM system and firm performance was significant.
