Simulation of the Sensor Network of Base Stations in a Local Positioning System in Intelligent Industries
In intelligent manufacturing, as part of the Industry 4.0 concept, the movement of parts between equipment is performed by an intelligent vehicle. The proposed system of local positioning of mobile objects is based on the use of many base stations, which are used to determine the current coordinates of the object in space. To transmit information between base stations, it is proposed to use the technology of interaction between nodes used in wireless sensor networks. Thus, we get a scalable and reliable network of base stations. Guaranteed package delivery is a basic requirement for a local positioning system. The second important factor is the speed of message delivery. In this paper, we propose an algorithm for constructing an optimal delivery route messages, the simulation of its work was performed using the developed program in C#. The program allows you to get directions from an arbitrary base station to the main information collection module. Using this software, it is possible to simulate various situations in the operation of the sensor network, for example, the reaction of the network to the failure of one or more base stations.
