摘要

垃圾邮件过滤是信息安全领域的一个研究热点。针对传统过滤方法容错能力弱的缺点,提出了一种基于决策理论粗糙集(DTRS) α -正域的垃圾邮件过滤方法。首先,采用α -正域属性约简定理对邮件属性进行约简;然后,根据最小风险贝叶斯决策理论,利用DTRS的边界区域对未决定的邮件进行描述,实现了垃圾邮件、怀疑邮件和非垃圾邮件的三向决策。仿真结果表明,该方法是有效的,有助于提高垃圾邮件过滤的性能。

A decision-theoretic rough set approach to spam filtering
