摘要

摘要:本研究的目的是了解品牌个性对品牌忠诚的影响。本研究的分析对象是印度尼西亚尼康相机社区。研究类型采用描述性与解释性相结合的方法对106名受访者进行调查。本研究结果表明,品牌个性在好品类中与品牌忠诚度在好品类中存在显著的关系。本研究发现,如果品牌个性条件良好,则会增加品牌忠诚度。

Ekspektasi Komunitas Kamera Nikon: Brand Personality dalam Mempertahankan Brand Loyalty
