The effective concentration of glucose plays an important role to perform the normal functioning of organs in human body. An artificial pancreas model is considered to measure the changing of blood glucose levels which gives the similar response in a way to human pancreas. The proposed model consists of three subsystems such as glucose, insulin and the action of glucose subsystem. The dynamic models of all the subsystem is obtained by assuming the model constant of Hovorka model. The variables of proposed model and its effect on glucose level is studied by MATLAB simulation.
