The most significant results reveal that physical education teachers believe that the factor that most affects the quality of the class, is related to the lack of motivation from the students, and the factor which least affects is the little knowledge about some areas on the part of teachers. Teachers consider that their establishments have the conditions to develop a good lesson and also have the support from educational authorities. 摘要

本研究的目的是根据性别和教师工作的教育机构,从影响课堂质量的因素、教育机构的条件和教育当局的支持方面,确定体育教师如何看待他们的学科。对来自智利6个不同地区的93名体育教师进行了调查,他们属于市政机构,特别是受补贴的个人和私人。最显著的结果显示,体育教师认为影响课堂质量的最大因素与学生缺乏动力有关,影响最小的因素是教师对某些领域的知识知之甚少。教师认为他们的机构有条件发展好的课程,也有教育当局的支持。综上所述,可以确定智利体育教师的愿景在性别上不存在很大差异,但在教师工作的机构类型上却存在巨大差异。
