In this paper, an equivalent model of stainless steel subway carbody structure is established by simplifying the carbody into a structure composed of beam and column, isotropic shell and anisotropic shell. On this basis, all geometric and physical control parameters required for parametric modeling of the carbody structure are summarized, then the simulation program driven automatically by control parameters is developed for the geometry modeling, mesh generation, loads and constraints application, statics and modal analysis. The equivalent model and simulation program result in a rapid evaluation method for the structural stiffness and modal analysis of stainless steel subway carbody during the design stage. The correctness of the simulation program is verified by comparison with the results of commercial FEM software. 摘要
